Car was there for four days. No one called me about anything. I left five voicemails. No response. I had to go to the dealership because no one would speak to me. When I got there, they told me they couldn't work on my car. Took y'all four days to figure that out? Then when the car was returned, the right rear tire was flat. They put air in the tire and tried to return the vehicle to me.

i had an appointment for 7:00 am and was there 3 hours just for a oil change. also when I bought my vehicle I was told the 1st 2 oil changes were no charge. service advisor said Chevrolet only gives 1 for new vehicles. i was told 2
Okay They only do work to manufacture specifications if they see any other problems they won't address it to you and see if you want it corrected

The dealership charged me for diagnosing the vehicle but was unable to accurately diagnose the problem. They charged me for replacing the BCM but it did not fix the problem. Told me they needed to replace another part. Reluctantly I agreed, to find out 5 days later that the parts were on back order and they would not be able to fix it. Upon picking up my vehicle it had a the drivers rear door handle broken which was a new problem
Sheila took care of my warranty claim and fix my a/c issue. Very responsive and transparent

Sheila made me feel very welcomed and the maintenance was done in a timely matter.
We came in with 4 valve stem caps and left with 1. They put the new oil change sticker on the windshield, but didn't bother removing the old one. They stripped the plug on the oil pan and we had to leave our car till Monday. We asked them to tighten a screw on the rear view mirror and was told we would have to pay a $187 Diagnostic fee to see why the mirror was loose on the windshield. Both salesmen went beyond normal to make the sale. Alvis made a point to help on his day off. Blaise stepped in the day of the sale because Alvis was taking care of a family problem and he was running a little late.
The dealership does not make me feel like I'm important as a customer. They don't value my time. I , as the customer should never have to call the extended warranty company and then call the dealership and pass messages back and forth in order for the two to communicate. It felt very degrading as a customer and then for me to be stuck with the bill in the end and nothing to be accomplished in 3 weeks was insane and the very the last straw! I have never had a worse experience with a dealership in my life!

Excellent service I will grade this company excellent service. I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change. I did have an issue with my engine light coming on after but they got to it right away. I love when things get taken care and make me feel that my vehicle is in good hands.
The last time I went for oil change it took close to 4 hours, bad experience, they gave me a free oil change this time, excellent service

I was very disappointed. I brought my truck in at 8 a.m. The vehicle was not ready at the end of the day! Finally at 10 a.m. the next day I was advised that it was ready. And the cost was $300 to replace a lightbulb!! I can't complain about Sheila. She did her best to keep apprised of the progress during the entire process.

After several calls for months to both Chevrolet (GM) and Leson Chevrolet, it is safe to say that Chevrolet is a substandard company/dealership to conduct business with due to the following reasons (based on Leson Chevrolet findings): (1) Inability to pinpoint/diagnostic issues accurately (2) Refusal to take responsibility for incompetency in automotive repairs (3) Failure to understand a logical sequence of executing a repair (4) Overcharging for auto repairs. Had an experience in my 2023, Colorado, where the fuel pump module went bad. Problem was I was on my way to my 20th anniversary out of town, Roadside assistance, got the vehicle towed to Lesson. After hearing and acltually listening to my predicament ,Tim and his crew got my vehicle fast tracked and repaired within 2 hours.
